How we build electric motors at the beginning of Era 5.0
The project for our Automated Winding Department began in 2021, two years before its operational launch in the fall of 2023. These are the timelines for planning and implementing a department that proves crucial for those who build electric motors. With this robotic line, we internally produce the heart of our motors.

In the video, you will see some stages of the two-clamp arm working on different stations: the semi-finished products are handled quickly with surgical precision. The line is dynamically managed and flow monitoring is constant. The multi-station line ensures maximum performance, process repeatability, reliability, and flexibility, while reducing operational spaces. The cells self-regulate during the various phases, based on the winding specifications: coil dimensions, number of turns and wires, head forming, and tying.
